Part-Time Evening Professional Acting Diploma
This year's evening diploma students displayed an array of skills throughout classes. Each week they undertook a variety of fun and exciting exercises ending in a short performance, which encouraged the idea that performance is not so far from rehearsals. As well as this, students were taught about auditions and how to get the best out of them, finishing the course on an audition panel. Improvement was significant, and students were given every opportunity to present their work both to each other and an audience.
Each term came to a conclusion with a performance to friends and family. Each performance brought something new, allowing students to gain a variety of experiences and skills.

Metamorphosis

Terrorism

Terrorism gave students a chance to present a variety of characters, showing versatility within individuals. With a series of scenes which were stand alone, yet expressing links throughout, Terrorism allowed each person to take on contrasting roles. This allowed for students to play inside as well as outside of their comfort roles
The Accrington Pals

The Accrington Pals was something new to end on, allowing students to carry one solid character through the entire play. This allowed for much stronger characterisation, which saw students come to their own. It was a fantastic end to the course and a great graduation show, which allowed the assets of all students to shine.
